Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon, the 8-bit style action game realized as a stretch goal of the Ritual of the Night Kickstarter campaign, is now available on PC (Steam), PS4, PS Vita, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS. The Xbox One version follows on June 6.
Developed by Inti Creates, Curse of the Moon is a retro-style action game fought with sword and whip, switching between characters who also appear in Ritual of the Night, such as Zangetsu.
You play Zangetsu, a demon hunter from the East who despises demons and alchemists, and storm a castle full of monsters. Allies met along the way become playable characters, and switching between them to exploit their strengths is the key to progress. How you treat those allies changes the difficulty, the length of the game and its ending.
Backers who pledged $28 or more to the Ritual of the Night Kickstarter receive a download code.
