Version 1.5 of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is out today on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, with Nintendo Switch following on May 16. Five years after launch, this is the game’s final update.
Chaos Mode (co-op)
A survival mode in which you face wave after wave of demons and bosses in randomly selected rooms. Play alone, or with a partner in online or local co-op. The difficulty rises the further you go; see how long you can survive.
Versus Mode (PvP)
A new mode where players fight each other, online or locally, each bringing their own character and equipment.
Shantae crossover: the Half-Genie Cosmetic Pack
In collaboration with WayForward’s Shantae, a cosmetic pack with a Shantae-style outfit set and Risky Boots’ weapons and accessories is free for every player. Three premium Miriam costume packs are also available.
